Manish Ghiya is the Principal & Founder at Compliense Advisors. He demonstrates excellent technical expertise and extensive practical experience in the AML/ CTF and FinCrime regulatory and compliance matters.

With over 25 years of professional experience, including 15+ years leading AML/CTF and FinCrime compliance, Manish has held leadership roles in regulatory, risk management, compliance, and governance. He has worked with some of the largest and leading financial services institutions in both Australia and India.

His extensive expertise, skills, and knowledge enable Manish to adeptly navigate real-world
AML/CTF and FinCrime regulatory and compliance challenges, translating them into practical insights and delivering tangible benefits for you.

Manish is passionate about giving back through volunteering, loves watching movies, and is a hobby photographer.
